Job summary

IntelliPro in Hong Kong is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to lead security engagements across the Greater Bay Area. You will assess risks, review controls, perform testing and deliver high-quality reports to clients.

You will also support pre‑sales activities, clarify requirements, draft proposals, and help clients implement remediation plans. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of information security experience and fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, IT audit, penetration testing or security consulting.
• Familiar with Hong Kong government security and privacy requirements (S17, G3, ISPG‑SM01, PDPO, PCPD).
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; strong client communication, project execution and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity service projects across the Greater Bay Area, covering HK and Mainland China.
• Independently execute security engagements: risk assessment, compliance review, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, reporting.
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, configuration review, cloud security inspection, web apps and infrastructure assessments.
• Support pre‑sales activities: requirement clarification, effort estimation, technical proposals, client meetings.
