Job summary

iSystems Security Limited is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands‑on assessments, incident response, and security project delivery in Hong Kong. You will conduct network, web, and mobile penetration tests, simulate red/blue team exercises, and craft actionable client reports.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in IT/CS and have at least 3 years of practical experience in security testing, IR or forensics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, AI, Data Science or related field.
• At least 3 years’ practical experience in pen testing, red team, IR or forensics.
• Active certifications such as OSCP, GIAC or CREST preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a self‑starter mindset.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across networks, web and mobile apps.
• Participate in red team/blue team exercises to strengthen client defenses.
• Assist in cyber incident response and digital forensic investigations.
• Prepare clear, actionable technical reports with remediation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our cybersecurity service delivery, conducting project management, hands‑on security assessments and responding to active incidents. Your core duties will include:

• Executing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across network, web, and mobile applications.
• Participating in and simulating red team/blue team exercises to strengthen client defenses.
• Assisting in cyber incident response and digital forensic investigations.
• Preparing clear, actionable technical reports for clients, detailing findings and remediation strategies.
• Taking ownership of project tasks and contributing to the continuous improvement of our methodologies.

We Are Looking For You If You Have

• A university degree in IT, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical, hands‑on experience on Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Cyber Incident Response, or Digital Forensics.
• Preferred active certifications such as OSCP, GIAC or CREST equivalent credentials.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a self‑initiated mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• A commitment to ethics and professionalism in all aspects of security work.
