Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a diligent IT Security QA/Business Analyst to monitor and enhance the quality of security for IT systems and applications. You will collect vulnerability reports, assess remediation needs, and coordinate with IT teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's in computer science or information management and about five years in IT Business Analysis or Project Coordination, preferably in financial services.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and presentation skills; English required, Chinese is a plus.

Job Description

• Monitor quality assurance of security for IT systems & applications.
• Obtain technical vulnerability reporting and be able to interpret this with regard to technology components and systems involved, and what actions are required to address these.
• Obtain configuration compliance reporting for technology systems including cloud, server, database, web-servers and be able to interpret results and required remediation.
• Collaborate and communicate with IT teams for QA programs status consolidation, request quotes for remediation activities and follow these up to completion.
• Collaborate with security and cyber-defense teams for the latest IT security and patch requirements.
• Produce monthly dashboarding in excel and Power-Bi to track and visualize status and progress.
• Chair monthly IT application security issue review meetings to both present current state and obtain updates from stakeholders.
• Provide management reporting updates to overarching security program.
• Assist in ad-hoc security and compliance projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/ information management or related degree,
• 5 years of Business Analysis or Project Coordination within IT industry Responsibilities (financial industry and security are preferable)
• Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration/presentation capability in previous roles or extra-curricular activities. (English required, Chinese is preferred but optional)

Optional :

• Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage but is not required.
• Data conversion/analysis in excel and/or power-bi would be a big advantage.
• Any automation experience in reporting with power-apps or power-automate would be viewed favourably.
