Manage and operate the Group's cybersecurity capabilities across infrastructure, cloud, AI and data platforms. This is a hands-on role responsible for implementing security controls, managing security operations, supporting audit and compliance activities, and ensuring the Group's technology platforms remain secure, resilient and fit for future AI adoption. The role works closely with Infrastructure, AI & Data, Application and business teams to support the Group's digital and AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Operations & Governance
- Manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response and remediation activities.
- Implement and maintain security controls across network, infrastructure, cloud, endpoint and application environments.
- Conduct security assessments, risk reviews and remediation planning.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and technical baselines.
- Support audit, regulatory, privacy and data protection compliance requirements.
AI Security & Platform Security
- Implement security controls and guardrails for AI, GenAI and enterprise data platforms.
- Work closely with the Head of Infrastructure and AI & Data teams to secure the Group AI & Data Platform.
- Support cloud security, data security, privileged access management and platform hardening initiatives.
- Assist in AI governance and responsible AI adoption from a cybersecurity perspective.
Infrastructure & Technology Architecture
- Review infrastructure, cloud and application designs to ensure security and resilience requirements are met.
- Provide practical guidance on identity management, access control, encryption, network segmentation and security best practices.
- Support infrastructure modernization, cloud migration and technology transformation projects.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews for major technology initiatives.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors, managed security providers and technology partners.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, AI & Data and Application teams to resolve security issues and implement improvements.
- Support cybersecurity awareness and knowledge sharing across IT teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, cloud security or security operations.
- Hands-on experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response and security control implementation.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, identity and access management, network security and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience supporting AI, data or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Practical experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning and cloud security platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer or equivalent would be an advantage.
