Job summary

Ping An Digital Bank in Hong Kong seeks a security professional to contribute to cloud and network security across infrastructure. You will help design landing zones, access controls, and intrusion detection while supporting security operations and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security management or SIEM, with hands-on experience in AWS/Huawei Cloud, Kubernetes, WAF, and vendor tools. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in security management and/or SIEM.
• Familiar with cloud services and security systems (AWS/Huawei Cloud, Kubernetes, WAF, Cloudflare, Akamai, HillStone, Palo Alto).
• Understanding and addressing common Web and system security vulnerabilities.
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Certs like CISA, CISSP, CCSP advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the security construction of cloud infrastructure, including landing zone, network design, access control, and intrusion detection. including Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Firewall, WAF. NDR/XDR, etc.
• Develop security architecture and access control standards, promoting the implementation of robust security solutions.
• Participate in security operation from network/cloud security perspective to drive for the maturity
• Conduct regular security risk assessments, analyzing system weaknesses and proposing improvement strategies. perform regular cloud/network security control review from first line perspective
• Participating in the development and implementation of cloud, network and security strategies and policies

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in security management and/or SIEM
• Familiarity with common cloud services and security systems such as AWS/Huawei Cloud, Kubernetes, WAF, Cloudflare, and Akamai, HillStone and Palo Alto products, is a plus
• Proficiency in understanding and addressing common Web and system security vulnerabilities.
• Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
• Industry certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CCSP are advantageous.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
