Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in law-related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in legal field, preferably derivatives or financial industry.
• Familiar with derivatives trading legal docs and drafting/negotiation.
• Strong ownership, quick learner, good communication and team spirit.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle overseas and cross-border derivatives document legal reviews and negotiations (ISDA/CSA/GMSLA/PB/MCA/TS).
• Collaborate with structuring, trading and sales to draft and finalize agreements and confirmations.
• Develop and update derivative product terms and risk-focused provisions.
• Design cross-border hedging structures and risk-reduction clauses.
• Coordinate with internal/external legal, risk and operations teams; manage external counsels.
