Job summary

Prudential plc in Hong Kong is seeking a Group Head Office second line risk professional to develop and oversee the Group's credit risk framework across public and private exposures, including structured credit. You will challenge investment initiatives, monitor concentrations, and drive risk analytics while engaging stakeholders across risk, actuarial, finance and investment teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing corporate credit risk across portfolios.
• Experience with private credit, structured credit or asset-intensive investments desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group's Credit Risk Framework across public and private exposures.
• Provide independent second line challenge on policies, standards, methodologies and governance processes.
• Oversee private credit portfolio risk, characteristics, concentrations and governance arrangements.
• Support counterparty risk management for derivatives and reinsurance, including asset-intensive transactions.
• Lead risk analytics, reporting improvements and portfolio monitoring enhancements.
