Job summary

InfoTech Services ( HK ) Ltd. 資訊科技服務(香港)有限公司 is seeking a senior IT architect/ developer to lead the revamp and development of our web application system within the department.

You will study requirements, design solutions, and implement changes across enterprise IT systems. Candidate should have at least 7 years post-qualification experience, including 4+ years in web architecture and system implementation, plus strong English communication and Java/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience with 4+ years in web application architecture design and system implementation/maintenance.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience in Java frameworks (Struts) and Java programming.
• Experience in SQL and Web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Revamp and development of web application system in the department.
• Carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, implementation and maintenance for IT systems.
• Provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and IT activities.
• Perform systems analysis and design, requirement study, implementation and technical support tasks in maintaining, enhancing and revamping existing IT systems.

Job description

Revamp and Development of web application system in the department.

Duties:

Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the department;

To carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, implementation and maintenance for IT systems;

To provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities;

To perform systems analysis and design, requirement study, implementation, technical support tasks, etc. in maintaining, enhancing and revamping existing IT systems.

Requirements:

To carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, implementation and maintenance for IT systems;

To provide technical / architecture support, training and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities.

At least 7 years of post-qualification relevant architecture / development / maintenance experience of which a minimum of 4 years in web application architecture design and system implementation / maintenance.

Technical Skills:

At least 5 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache));

At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming;

At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language;

At least 5 years' experience in Web Programming;

At least 5 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance.

Non-technical Skill:

Good written English is a must;

Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;

At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
