Job summary

Roland Berger GmbH in Hong Kong invites ambitious graduates to join its 6-month Analyst program. You will be immersed in live consulting projects from day one and develop a broad toolkit across strategy and transformation.

Ideal candidates are Bachelor/Master/MBA with excellent academics, strong analytical skills, internships in strategy, and fluent English with a local language; there is a pathway to full-time Consulting Analyst/Junior Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA graduates with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
• Fresh graduates and/or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internships with strategy related tasks and experience in the international arena will be advantageous.
• Excellent English skills and good command of a local language are prerequisites.
