Job summary

Techlead Technology Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Safety Officer (Construction) to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and MOM regulations. You will conduct daily site inspections, develop safety procedures, and lead toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, maintaining safety records, coordinating emergency drills, and liaising with clients and authorities to uphold a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Workplace Safety and Health or related field.
• Registered MOM WSH Officer (WSHO).
• 2–5 years of relevant construction/engineering experience.
• Familiar with MOM WSH regulations, RA, SWP, PTW, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, MOM regulations, and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and SWPs.
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training for employees/subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor activities for compliance with WSH requirements and client standards.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, contractors, and authorities.
