Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Officer to help ensure regulatory adherence and support licensing processes. The role requires developing policies, drafting reports, and coordinating with regulators.

The candidate should have a degree in accounting, law, or finance and 0–1 year of compliance experience, with proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus. More experienced candidates may be considered for a Compliance Manager role.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Law or Finance or related discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in compliance/audit.
• Knowledge of HK securities brokerage and anti-money laundering preferred.
• Familiar with SFC/HKEx rules and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Mature, self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all compliance functions to ensure the Company adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements;

• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures;

• Prepare internal and external compliance report;

• Prepare license applications and answer enquiries from regulators on compliance matters;

• Assist in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Law / Finance or related disciplines;

• 0-1 year of working experience on compliance and audit function;

• Knowledgewith HK legal and regulatory requirements on securities brokerage and anti-money laundering is preferred;

• Knowledgein SFC / HKEx rules and regulations and their compliance / practice;

• Mature, self-motivated and equipped with positive attitude and passion for performance excellence;

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency of Putonghua.

• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Compliance Manager.
