Job summary

Links International is seeking a Compliance Director (cryptocurrency, payment) in Hong Kong to lead license applications and regulatory engagements across regions.

You will stay current with HK and global crypto regulations, build risk frameworks for digital assets, oversee AML monitoring, and train teams on compliance. The role requires 5–8 years in crypto compliance and CAMS/ICA certifications, with cross-border experience in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles within crypto, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 sectors.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a financial institution preferred.
• CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certifications highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic) is a plus.
• Knowledge of smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and Web3 governance models is preferred.
