Job summary

The Pickle House is seeking a part-time Clubhouse Assistant for our Wong Chuk Hang location in the Southern District. Join a dynamic sports and recreation team and support day-to-day operations of our clubhouse facilities to ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities include administrative support, guest reception, space management, events coordination, and basic stock control. Flexible hours with weekend/evening availability valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or facility management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with a passion for member service.
• Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends/evenings.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking/management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management and maintenance of clubhouse facilities.
• Provide administrative support to the clubhouse management team.
• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas and recreational spaces.
• Coordinate clubhouse activities, events, and member programmes.
• Handle inquiries about facilities, memberships, and services.
• Support scheduling and booking of facilities and courts.
• Assist with stock management and ordering of supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive clubhouse environment.
