You will manage cross-functional teams, create compelling narratives, and drive campaigns that align with business goals. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires senior marketing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Senior level in marketing communications or PR, preferably in a creative agency or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder presentation skills.
• Proven cross-functional project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with social platforms, CMS and analytics tools.
• Bachelors in marketing/communications/PR; masters or certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy to enhance the brand, raise awareness, and engage audiences.
• Create and distribute high-quality content aligned with the brand messaging across channels.
• Lead PR efforts including media outreach, press coordination, and crisis communications.
• Oversee social media channels for a cohesive online presence.
• Plan experiential marketing events and campaigns to showcase capabilities.
• Collaborate with creative, account and BD teams to align initiatives with goals.
• Measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide strategic counsel on brand positioning and reputation management.
