A leading technology firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced AI and Data leader to shape the organization's AI vision and drive innovation. You'll connect business and technology, craft compelling narratives, and implement AI strategies to enhance growth and compliance. The ideal candidate should have over 14 years of experience in AI or data transformation, a relevant degree, and fluency in English and Chinese. With a strong track record of success and ambitious expansion plans in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, the company is seeking an experienced AI and Data leader to drive its next phase of growth.
Reporting to department head, you will be the organization's public and internal face of AI, shaping and communicating the AI vision and turning it into responsible, high‑impact initiatives across the business.
You will connect business, technology, policy and research communities to position the company as a trusted AI leader and a catalyst for innovation and technology adoption.
Acting as the organisation's AI ambassador, crafting and delivering a compelling AI narrative to internal teams, customers, partners, regulators and media through thought leadership, speaking and advisory engagements.
Designing and continuously refining the AI strategy and roadmap, setting clear priorities, investment focus and alignment with overall business strategy and sector needs.
Identifying and framing AI opportunities across business units, building and maintaining a use‑case pipeline, and helping leadership prioritise initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk and strategic relevance.
Lastly, championing responsible AI by defining principles and guardrails for data usage, model governance, transparency, ethics, security and regulatory compliance, working closely with risk, legal and compliance teams.
