DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking an Compliance professional to support centralized CDD processes within the Institutional Banking Group. The role involves periodic reviews for SME clients, preparing detailed CDD documentation, and ensuring AML controls meet regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a business-related degree and experience in CDD/KYC, with strong customer management and teamwork skills, and proficiency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferred).

Formación

• Degree holder in business or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in CDD and/or KYC in SME banking or financial institutions
• Good at managing customers, able to communicate accurately and effectively
• Good team player and ability to work with other team members and business partners
• Strong ownership of tasks assigned
• Able to multi-task and to work independently
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is highly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support the centralized Customer Due Diligence (CDD) function in Institutional Banking Group
• Conduct periodic reviews and trigger events for SME clients
• Prepare detailed CDD information including public search results for review per the Bank's standard
• Ensure AML risk is effectively managed in accordance global and local regulatory requirements
• Ensure accuracy of information and completion of CDD within assigned timeframe
• Perform other administrative & operations works as required
