Job Description

The Consumer Business Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Hong Kong consumer business market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management within the FMCG sales domain.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business OP targets and expand market share in Hong Kong.
  • Lead and manage the sales team and develop needed selling capabilities to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop HK Sales Fundamentals guidelines (Distribution, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising) and drive sales execution compliance with those guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, Lab, product development, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver business priorities of new product introduction launch and life‑cycle management for CBG portfolios.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in external selling and sales team management within the consumer goods industry. Experience in large and middle‑sized consumer business sales, key account and coverage expansion with distributor management is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Needs to work under pressure.
