Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group is seeking a role focused on supporting cargo digital systems and e-Freight processes. You will work with business units, IT teams and vendors to maintain operations, resolve issues and improve user experiences across cargo applications.

The role covers testing and UAT, user administration and participation in digital transformation initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness within the cargo network.

Qualifications

• Candidates have tertiary education and relevant cargo operations knowledge.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for cargo applications and e-Freight processes including Cargospot and ONE Record.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and restore operations quickly.
• Respond to enquiries related to e-Freight operations and system usage as primary contact.
• Drive usability improvements and digitalisation opportunities across cargo operations.
• Conduct functional testing and UAT and manage defect remediation.
• Collaborate with business units to promote best practices in e-Freight and cargo systems.
• Work with IT teams and vendors on root-cause analysis and service recovery.
• Administer user access, system parameters and agent profiles in BAU activities.
• Monitor system performance and support improvements aligned with requirements.
• Contribute to change projects via requirements gathering and testing.
