Job summary

Amazon Web Services Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive adoption and revenue across enterprise accounts in Hong Kong. You will combine business development with technical insight to engage CXO level peers and software architects.

This role emphasizes developing territory strategies, building a robust pipeline, and forming long-term relationships with key partners, backed by a customer-first mindset and a track record in tech sales.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing market opportunities, engaging and negotiating with customers, and defining new areas of innovation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners.
• Experience with external customer interaction, or experience in customer acquisition.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive top down initiatives from key decision makers including C-suite executives and business unit leaders.
• Identify and hunting for new opportunities in a defined territory to create robust pipeline.
• Differentiate AWS and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to customers.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners for the assigned territories. Analyze metrics data to help evolve your strategy and reports.
