Formación

• Bachelor degree and 3 years of relevant analytics experience.

About the Role

As a CBRE Business Data Analyst, you will provide analytical support through data collection, management, and analysis to drive business insights and decision-making. This role is part of the Data Science & Analytics function and focuses on analyzing data to improve effectiveness, predict outcomes, and develop actionable business intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Support data collection, input, aggregation, and auditing activities.
• Ensure accurate key metric reporting and data review.
• Review information accuracy and respond to requests from management and vendors.
• Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc presentations.
• Respond to information requests in a timely manner.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Recommend new techniques and process improvements where appropriate.
• Support teams by providing analytical insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, automation tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and support data requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
