What you’ll learn

This two-year graduate programme is designed to give you a deep understanding, hands‑on experience across multiple areas, and recognised industry qualifications. Here’s what’s included:

• Structured rotations: Four six‑month placements, which could include Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), Funding, Liquidity, Markets Treasury, and an optional rotation in Finance.
• Professional qualifications: Study for CISI Investment Securities Qualifications in Derivatives and UK Financial Regulation.
• Expert‑led training: Third‑party industry training to boost your technical and professional skills.
• Specialist learning: Access to Fitch / Degreed Pathways, the Decoded Digital & Data Literacy Programme, and Coursera for finance‑specific learning.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must:

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards
• Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent, as shown on your official university transcript/degree certificate)
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage
• Have already graduated or will have completed studies before the programme start date
