Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our insurance services team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specs for IT systems, and support end-to-end BA activities across sales, underwriting, administration, claims, finance and customer service. The role requires at least 4+ years of BA experience in insurance or financial services, familiarity with agile practices and tools like Jira, and strong

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BA experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in digital/system implementation projects (eServices or automation).
• Strong exposure in requirements gathering, user stories, BRD and UAT coordination.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira).
• Good communication with both business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Role

Your Profile
