Job summary

OCBC in Hong Kong seeks a Branch Manager with a proven track record in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and leading teams to achieve profitable growth and community engagement.

You will focus on operational efficiency, strategic planning, and fostering strong relationships to grow business in the local market.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related.
• HKSI and IIQE qualifications required.
• Minimum 7 years' branch frontline experience in banking.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
• Branch management experience is preferred.
• Strong local market connections with a track record of success.
• ECF-RWM and ECF-CRM qualifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement business plans to achieve pre-set branch profit objectives.
• Formulate business strategies to meet the branch KPI on new Premier customers, grow deposits, investment revenues, insurance revenues, etc.
• Manage branch staff to provide high quality of services to customers.
• Ensure all daily transactions are complied with the Bank's policies and procedures.
