Job summary

Tang & Co. in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Litigation Clerk to support our lawyers with court and arbitration matters. The role involves preparing documents, filing with the Court, and serving papers on third parties.

You will also provide secretarial support, organize and maintain records (physical and electronic), and help deadlines to be met. Relevant experience of at least 2 years and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong computer literacy—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with court filing in the High Court and District Court of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with preparation of Court and arbitration documents.
• File and serve documents with the Court and third parties.
• Provide secretarial services, and maintain physical and electronic records.
