The Estée Lauder Companies Stylist position seeks to deliver welcoming, authentic, and personalized service, helping customers discover prestige beauty products and achieve sales targets in-store. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and events, with training and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup artistry or retail makeup preferred.
• Amateur level applicants considered if they demonstrate creativity and technical skill.
• Proven ability to provide inspirational, personalized service.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
