Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd seeks an AVP - Listing and Regulation to support accounting and finance services for listed issuers in Hong Kong. You will assist in reviewing announcements, handling regulatory inquiries, and contributing to market oversight frameworks.

The role requires 7+ years of Big 4 experience with HK listing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with financial reporting standards. A CPA/ACCA is advantageous. A permanent, stable environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Big 4 experience with Hong Kong listing knowledge.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent would be highly advantageous.
• Strong background in accounting, finance and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and administration of matters relating to listed issuers, including reviewing corporate announcements and regulatory filings.
• Oversee listed companies' activities by monitoring unusual trading and price movements and coordinating actions on suspensions/resumptions.
• Provide professional support to the Listing Division on accounting, legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
• Participate in policy reviews, regulatory initiatives, and special projects affecting listing and market oversight frameworks.
