Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a core technical/functional contributor for AML and RCO systems development, optimization, and integration in Hong Kong. You will gather requirements with BUs, translate them into specs, and drive design, coding, testing, and documentation aligned with project schedules.

The role requires SDLC experience, compliance/risk system exposure, and strong skills in SAS, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, MS SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of IT experience in system development and application support.
• Hands-on SDLC experience and implementing compliance or risk systems.
• Experience working with external vendors for deployment and support.
• Strong proficiency in SAS, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, MS SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting.
• Understanding regulatory workflows in AML, name screening, fraud risk, or RegTech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core technical/functional contributor in AML and RCO systems development, optimization, and integration.
• Collaborate with BUs to gather requirements and translate into specs.
• Execute design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation per schedules.
• Support Team Head in monitoring progress and coordinating with vendors.
• Follow IT governance and SDLC for compliance and quality.
• Provide production support, incident management, and maintenance for AML/RCO apps.
• Assist in coaching junior team members.
