Job summary

United CPA & Co. is seeking an auditor to perform annual statutory and special audits for clients including private companies, holding companies, and listed subsidiaries, as well as funds and brokers.

The role involves preparing profits tax computations and participating in due diligence or insolvency engagements under supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome, with degree or diploma or above required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma or above is required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher roles (Audit Semi-senior / Senior / Supervisor / Manager).

Responsibilities

• Perform annual statutory and special audits for clients including private companies and holding companies/subsidiaries of listed entities, investment funds, insurance brokers and owners.
• Prepare profits tax computations and schedules for tax compliance.
• Participate in special engagements (e.g., due diligence and insolvency) under supervision.
