Job summary

King & Wood is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate (US Securities) to join our Capital Markets practice in Hong Kong or Beijing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in US securities law and HK IPOs (US side), and an LLM/JD from a U.S. law school (or an LLB from a top-tier law school).

Strong prospectus drafting, communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities, plus Mandarin and English fluency, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US securities law and HK IPOs (US side) gained within a reputable international law firm.
• LLM or JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance or LLB from a top tier law school.
• Solid prospectus drafting and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of commercial awareness.
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of both Mandarin and English (spoken, reading and writing).

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented associate with excellent academic credentials and strong career ambition to join our Capital Markets practice in Hong Kong or/and Beijing. Successful candidates must have extensive experience in Hong Kong IPO transactions (US side) or US Capital Markets transactions.

You will have:
