Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director to lead data-driven analytics engagements for global clients in Industry & Enterprise. You will drive strategic insights through advanced analytics, AI and data platforms, shaping solutions across marketing, pricing and enterprise operations.

The role requires deep expertise in data science, predictive modelling and strong client interaction, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong preference for data science, AI, statistics or quantitative background.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting or data science with predictive modelling.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing analyses and recommendations to clients.
• Leads proposal preparation, client presentations and project delivery.
• Evaluate current state of client data systems to identify database structural needs.
• Identify new solutions to increase efficiency and performance.
• Deliver analytics projects including Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Channel Attribution, Big Data Analytics, Pricing and Promotion, Trade Promotion Analytics, Customer Segmentation analytics, and quantitative modelling.

The key responsibilities may include:

• Client-facing interaction including providing data-driven analyses, recommendations, presentations, advice, to clients.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree required in a related field; strong preference for fields of study in data science, AI, statistics, economics or quantitative background
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting OR minimum of 10 years of data science, advanced modelling, and predictive modelling with best use of commercial data science or machine learning platforms
• Very strong expertise in Microsoft suite (including advanced Excel skills with embedded Pivot Tables & Macros; advanced PowerPoint usage)
• Deep experience with predictive analytics tools which may include R / Revo R, SAS, Python, Spark
