Job summary

Smart Logistics Global Limited, a Nasdaq-listed technology-driven logistics provider headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks an proactive Assistant to CEO/Management Executives in Wan Chai. You will deliver comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior management, coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and document management.

You will organize meeting materials, reports, and presentations, liaise with Finance, Operations, Legal and Mainland offices, and assist with company secretarial

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, local HK university preferred; Mainland Chinese graduates welcomed.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative/management support experience.
  • Experience in listed companies, professional firms, or multinational corporations is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academics and AI-applicable ability will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full management support to the CEO and senior management, including calendar management, meeting arrangement, and travel bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, document filing, and electronic record management.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, minutes, presentation documents, and reports.
  • Assist with office administration, stationery control, office equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Support company secretarial and compliance-related document preparation and filing (as required for a listed company).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, and Mainland offices) on administrative and operational matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events, investor meetings, and site visits.
  • Actively apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools) to improve daily work efficiency, document preparation, data organization, and process optimization.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and capable Management executive to support the smooth operation of our Hong Kong office and senior management team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and management support, with a strong focus on applying AI tools to improve work efficiency and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full management support to the CEO and senior management, including calendar management, meeting arrangement, and travel bookings.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Studies. Graduates from local Hong Kong universities are preferred. Mainland Chinese graduate is welcomed.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative, management support.

Experience in listed companies, professional firms, or multinational corporations is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong academic results, internship experience, and proven AI application ability will also be considered.

Skills & Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Familiarity with listed company compliance or company secretarial work is a plus.
