Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Technical Officer / Technical Officer to support the manager in delivering high-quality property management and daily operations for a Causeway Bay commercial complex.

Candidates should have a degree in Building Services or MEchanical/Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years post-graduate experience, be able to supervise staff, monitor contractors, and possess CAD knowledge; strong English and Mandarin skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Min. 3 years post graduate experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of CAD is essential.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting manager in providing high quality management services of property and daily operation for commercial complex in Causeway Bay.

Requirement:

• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Min. 3 years post graduate experience in building maintenance
• Supervise a team of technical staff
• Monitor contractors’ performance and other technical services
• Knowledge in CAD is a must
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Innovative to apply new technological and management skills in practical situations
• Self- motivated and able to work under stress
• Experience with commercial building management would be an advantage
