Job summary

A Banking role at Agricultural Bank Of China (HK Branch) seeks an Assistant Settlement Manager in the Operations Department to oversee daily FX settlement, liquidity monitoring, and reporting duties. The role involves system testing, MIS work, and project participation in a fast-paced treasury environment.

The candidate should have a business-related degree and at least 5 years of settlement operations experience, with proficiency in MS Office and strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin language

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in business or related disciplines.
• 5 years or above relevant experience in settlement operation of treasury products.
• Familiar with SWIFT/RTGS/CMU/HKTR requirements and operations.
• Knowledge of Commodity settlement / Mbridge operations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily settlement of FX/MM & Exchange Fund Bill.
• Monitor RTGS and Nostro Bank liquidity on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare and reconcile internal and external reports.
• Handle HKTR Reporting and relevant reconciliation.
• Participate in system related projects and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in MIS reporting and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Perform day-to-day monitoring of RTGS and Nostro Bank liquidity

Prepare and reconcile internal and external reports

Handle HKTR Reporting and relevant reconciliation

Participate in system related projects and perform system user acceptance test

Participate in MIS reporting and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder, preferably in business or related disciplines
