Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced sales and account specialist in Hong Kong to drive OEM projects and service accounts. You will handle daily enquiries, follow up OEM orders and quotations, and coordinate with factories and overseas buyers to meet customer requirements.

The role requires a degree or above, fluent English and Mandarin, and strong MS Office skills. You will engage in trade shows and assist in factory visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery

Qualifications

• Degree or above required.
• Minimum 8 years in Sales & Marketing in trading or factory in consumer electronics or iPhone accessories.
• Detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily enquiries, solve problems on projects and daily production.
• Follow up orders and quotations for OEM items.
• Communicate with factory and overseas buyers; attend trade shows and lead factory visits; interpret customer requirements to engineers or production teams.
