Eternal Optical & Perfumery (Far East) Ltd. is hiring a Premium Acquisition & Engagement specialist in Hong Kong. You will drive owner engagement, shape retention strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding owner experiences.
You should have 2–3 years of hotel industry experience, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The role offers a stable environment and clear career growth in a premier international hotel brand.
Formación
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in hotel industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- From office to Kowloon Bay MTR, just 5 mins walk with cover.

- Shape retention strategies using customer insights
