Everlight Engineering Company Limited is seeking a procurement coordinator to handle daily purchasing of materials for construction and engineering projects in Hong Kong.

You will source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate contracts, and track orders with site teams. Fresh graduates welcome for Assistant level. Proficiency in MS Office and English/Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience in Construction/Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• High integrity, well-organized, proactive, and with good communication & negotiation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily procurement of materials.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Building Services, or related disciplines.

1–2 years of purchasing experience in the Construction / Engineering industry (Fresh graduates are welcome for Assistant level).

Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications.

High integrity, well-organized, proactive, responsible, and with good communication & negotiation skills.

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
