Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co in Dongguan is seeking an experienced Assistant NPI Manager to lead product development, production and testing initiatives at the Dongguan factory. The role requires hands-on project management, cross-functional collaboration with customers, and strong cost-control mindset.

You will liaise with customers on specifications, schedule delivery, optimize operations, and coordinate resources across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge in product development, production and testing processes.
• Proven experience in project management and budget control.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on product specifications.
• Ensure project schedule and deliverables are completed on time.
• Enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation.
• Communicate with overseas customers and in-house production departments for project development.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings.
