Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Group Store Visual Presentation to support developing and producing VM tools, fixtures, and in-store displays across our store network. The role collaborates with design teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of VM solutions, including prototypes, production documents, and store rollouts.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in VM production or related fields, proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in VM production, retail fixtures, or design-related roles.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, supplier network, and hands-on prototyping.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3D rendering software.
• Strong communication, organization, reporting, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of prototypes and samples for new VM tools, fixtures, and in-store display materials.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production documents.
• Work closely with production houses, fabricators, and suppliers to follow up on sampling, quality, and timelines.
• Assist in managing multiple production projects and ensure on-time delivery for store rollouts and campaigns.

• Provide 3D visualizations and design files using SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other 3D rendering tools.
