Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a senior IT executive to oversee the Bank's IT infrastructure, security, and project delivery in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes cost control, vendor governance, and strategic technology planning.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage core networks and servers, and drive cybersecurity initiatives while ensuring high availability and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in IT management or equivalent roles.
• Core qualifications include VMware and Cisco expertise and bilingual communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IT infrastructure and security across core networks and servers.
• Lead IT solution implementation and development projects of varying scales.
• Align IT initiatives with business needs and steer development accordingly.
• Manage IT projects according to the Bank's standards and governance.
• Provide AI and cybersecurity R&D, product analysis, and implementation.
• Lead 24/7 IT support services for critical cargo operations.
• Drive end-user technology strategy and roadmap.
• Manage service delivery teams, vendors, and SLA performance.
