Yau Lee Holdings Limited seeks an ACOW with a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building and at least three years of relevant experience in building works. Candidates must have completed safety training including Occupation Safety and Health Management, Basic Accident Prevention, Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card) and Confined Spaces training.

Description du poste

(I) The ACOW shall at minimum possess a Diploma or Higher Certificate in building or building studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent; and has attained the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2' or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSEE or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); together with at least 3 years relevant experience in building in building works after obtaining the technical qualifications.

(II) ACOW shall have attended the following safety training:-

• (a) Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;
• (b) Basic Accident Prevention Course;
• (c) Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
• (d) Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.

(III) Immediate availability is preferred.
