Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited is seeking a capable Building Services Engineer to supervise site activities and manage projects from installation through completion. You will prepare installation programs, drawings, and equipment submissions while coordinating with clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Assigned to handle Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Services / Plumbing & Drainage projects or related works.
• Also involved in A&A / Fitting Out / Maintenance and ELV / BMS projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare installation program and progress reports.
• Prepare drawings and submit equipment for approval.
• Perform site supervision and overall project management.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings.
• Participate in other tasks as assigned.
