Job summary

China Life Franklin Asset Management Co., Ltd. invites penultimate or final year students for a 2+ month Summer Internship in Hong Kong. The program spans Frontline Investments, Middle Office and Operations with day-to-day training and real responsibilities.

Interns work on a full cycle from trade execution to NAV reporting, gain industry exposure, and may join our Graduate Talent Pool if performance is strong. Rotations enable broad insight and teamwork across functions.

Qualifications

• Current students or fresh graduates in relevant disciplines.
• Basic programming in Excel VBA or similar is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Operations, Risk & Compliance and data governance.
• Support daily fund operation duties including trade affirmation and settlement.
• Assist in risk reporting and risk model maintenance.
• Document workflows and improve operation manuals.
• Assist in data governance projects and ad-hoc tasks for the Ops team.
• Support finance team activities as needed.
