• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in loan recovery, business restructuring or commercial collection.
• Strong data management and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and AI tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks relating to problem credits and organize customer/credit information.
• Prepare information decks for meetings and consolidate credit data for reporting.
• Analyze credit information for SP projections/forecasts.
• Support account migration and execution of legal documents.
• Assist with account repayments, write-offs, and SP movements.
