Job summary

BOCI-Prudential Asset Management Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a high-caliber investment professional to join the Fixed Income Team and contribute to portfolio management and execution.

You will conduct credit and macro research, monitor daily operations, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Fund Administration, and Dealing to streamline investment workflows. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Currently hold, or eligible to immediately obtain, SFC Type 9 (Asset Management) license.
• Strong programming or data analytics skills (Python, R, or VBA) to automate processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Asian fixed‑income markets and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in or directly manage fixed-income portfolios in line with fund guidelines.
• Conduct deep-dive credit analysis on corporate issuers and macro research.
• Monitor daily portfolio operations including cash flows and settlements.
• Track risk exposures, P&L attribution, and benchmark tracking errors.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Fund Administration, and Dealing.
