Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in leading law firms, accountancy firms, and/or financial institutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax and related structural aspects of internal restructurings.
• Collaborate with local and global Tax team on advisory matters.
