Job summary

lululemon seeks a senior Learning Designer based in Hong Kong to shape strategy for APAC learning programs. You will lead design, develop instructor-led materials, eLearning modules, and job aids, and collaborate with Retail and SSC teams to address rapid business growth.

You will apply SCORM/AICC standards, create microlearning and social learning interventions, and measure outcomes to improve engagement and quality across programs.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of full-time learning design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases for complex learning projects.
• Partner with APAC teams to design strategic learning solutions.
• Create instructor-led materials, eLearning modules, and job aids.
• Measure impact against defined metrics and adjust based on data.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and external vendors.
