APAC Retail Fixture Project Lead

Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Project Manager to deliver retail fixture projects across APAC from brief to invoicing. You will own the full lifecycle, coordinating production, shipping, installation and handover while managing supplier relationships and client expectations.

You will work with internal teams and China-based manufacturers in a blended Hong Kong office and client-site environment, traveling as needed and ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or account management within retail fixtures and store fit-out.
• Experience managing manufacturing suppliers in China, including QC and follow-up.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred for supplier communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of APAC retail fixture projects from brief to invoicing.
• Own the full project lifecycle: kickoff, production tracking, QC, freight, installation, handover.
• Coordinate supplier selection, costings and deadlines with China-based manufacturers.
• Maintain client relationships with timely project updates and risk communication.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and identify opportunities within accounts.
