Job summary

Susquehanna International Group seeks a Regulatory Counsel for its APAC Regulatory Affairs team in Hong Kong. You will advise on regulatory requirements across securities, derivatives, and futures markets in APAC, interfacing with regulators such as ASIC, SFC, MAS and industry bodies.

You will coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent regulatory practices. The role requires strong knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks, with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a Juris Doctor or

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience providing guidance on regulatory/compliance matters.
Experience with one or more major APAC regulators (e.g. ASIC, SFC, MAS).
Strong understanding of APAC securities and derivatives regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Advise on regulatory requirements across securities, derivatives, and futures in APAC.
Monitor and assess new/regulatory developments; coordinate with compliance to implement frameworks.
Draft and maintain written supervisory procedures and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate regulatory examinations and inquiries from APAC regulators and inquiries.
