State Street in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Market Risk to join the Global Treasury Risk Management team within Enterprise Risk Management. The role focuses on independent second-line oversight of trading market risk across APAC, contributing to regional and global risk monitoring, analysis and governance.

You will work on risk frameworks, reporting and regulatory initiatives, including FRTB and related rules, while collaborating with risk, business, technology and control

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of market risk management experience in a financial institution.
• Familiarity with Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate products.
• Knowledge of VaR, sensitivities, stress testing and back-testing.
• Experience with Python and SQL for analytical tooling.

• Support independent second-line oversight of APAC market risk across Markets and Treasury activities.
• Monitor VaR, sensitivities, stress testing results and limit utilization.
• Analyze risk data, position information and reporting outputs for governance.
• Perform stress-testing analysis and contribute to scenario development.
• Assist with regulatory initiatives and framework enhancements (FRTB, Volcker, etc).
• Build and maintain risk reporting, analytics, and data validation.
