Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Fixed Income ETF Strategist to drive product development, positioning, and commercialization across APAC. You will work with Product Development, Marketing, and Distribution to execute go-to-market plans and deliver compelling narratives based on market insights.

The role requires 8+ years in fixed income or ETF-related roles, strong quantitative skills, and fluency in English and Chinese for client communications. A hybrid work model and strong compensation are standard.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fixed income-related roles across research, portfolio management, trading, or ETF product management.
• Strong ETF and/or index product expertise with understanding of APAC market dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI, Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar Direct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ETF analytics and insights for fixed income and active strategies across APAC.
• Develop ETF content and thought leadership, including market commentary and product updates.
• Support ETF product strategy and go-to-market through positioning and shelf optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Distribution, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliant ETF solutions.
• Conduct market, regulatory analyses to identify growth opportunities and align with APAC requirements.
• Engage clients, represent Invesco at events, and leverage tools to enhance insights and efficiency.
